Q. Where is my stuff!?
A. Orders are shipped weekly on Tuesdays and Thursdays. If the concern is a late/missing delivery please refer to the shipping section!
Q. I changed my mind on an order/I didn't mean to place this order. Can i get a refund?
A. If you wish to cancel your order please contact me within 24 hours of the order placement and i can cancel it and issue a refund. Refunds regarding a change of mind or accidental purchase WILL NOT be accepted after the order has been mailed.

Q. Why is shipping so expensive!?
A. ...To put it simply, AusPost :,) However, I am constantly on the hunt for cheaper, similar quality courier services that are local to me and will update on my social media if anything changes.
Q. My order still hasn't arrived/My order is marked as delivered but i haven't received it!
A. If the order is past its estimated delivery and is still marked as in transit, please contact me via social media or the contact page at the top of the website and i will investigate the issue.
Q. My order arrived damaged/missing/wrong!
A. I'm so sorry if this happens to you!! If it does, please send photo proof of the damaged or incorrect order via my DMs or email (alongside the satchel it arrived in, with any name and address details) and i will arrange replacements or a partial refund equal to the damaged or missing goods.
Before contacting, please ensure any packaging including the protective film on acrylic charms has been removed.
